covid-19 policies

RESCHEDULING:

For 2020 weddings, my rescheduling policy has been amended to allow you to reschedule within two (2) years of your original wedding date.

Outside of two years, a rescheduling fee of $300 will be applied, the original deposit becomes a cancellation fee, and a new deposit is required.

If you decide to postpone to a date that I am not available, my associate photographer will be  dispatched to fulfill the obligations of your photography contract. If you decline my associate, your deposit becomes a cancelation fee and you will be refunded whatever additional monies have been paid.

If you are planning to reschedule for 2021, please ensure my availability below before you secure a date with your venue or other vendors.

CANCELING:

If you decide to elope or host an intimate wedding instead, whatever monies have been paid will be applied to your elopement or intimate wedding. *I'm an ordained minister, SO i'd be happy to help you plan this transition*

If an elopement or intimate wedding totals more than you have paid, you will be responsible for the remainder. If it totals less than the amount you've paid, you will have a credit for future use.

If the event is canceled, all monies paid (minus services rendered) will be a credit on your account to be used for future sessions within two (2) years of the original date.
