Earlier in August, I photographed Toni and Michael's courthouse wedding. Since they were already legally married, they decided to get ready together, just the two of them!

They helped each other get dressed in their hotel room at Sagamore Pendry right by the pier where they danced together for the first time. Their details included custom perfumes they had created just for their wedding day, which I thought was such a special touch; I had never seen that before!

We headed to the Broadway pier in Fells for portraits and they practiced their choreographed first dance.

After that, we drove together to Woodberry Kitchen and took some photos around the venue in Clipper Mill.

They headed inside and upstairs for some quiet time with family and final touches before the ceremony.

These florals - like, are you joking?! Gott Efni's florals are art installations- far more than just decor! They brought whimsy and lush greenery into this very industrial space. And their pups in costume welcoming down the aisle.. so cute!

Had to sneak in a few more portraits post-ceremony..

Since the guest list was all family, we had to get in an "everybody" shot!

Y'all, just look at this food.. and again, the sweet pups on the napkins!

The florals were the perfect touches to make this space so inviting for a heartfelt, family-centric gathering.

Michael and Toni started with an ESPRESSO MARTINI TOWER. Such a great spin (and one right up my alley) on the champagne tower trend!

Their choreographed first dance was so good and you can tell they were having fun the whole time!

All of the formalities were over and it was time to eat, drink, and be merry! Smiles are easy to come by when you're surrounded by your family on your day.
